Buy at your own risk. Not because it's bad or buggy or even horribly overpriced (by Paradox standards), but because once you've played a game with a Dragon ruler type it's really difficult to go back to basic rulers.

This should cost much more, it's so damn good

My partner and I were allied with the winning dragons in the "Dragon Dawn" win condition. I actually delivered the final blow to the final enemy and then the game said I lost? It crashed, we cannot go back in, we cannot revert. We got screwed. My friend's champion did not even ascend! In addition, the AI made insanely poor choices. Every time our allied dragons were about to beseiged an enemy, if I joined the fight, they would instantly abandon it and leave me to die. I lost all of my developed champions and gear every time, when it should have been a smash-and-grab on the enemy. Screw you guys. GO FIX YOUR OLD CONTENT BEFORE MAKING NEW CONTENT.
