The Ottoman Empire is one of the best factions in Empire Total War and this unit pack makes them more fun to play. What makes the Ottomans one of the best factions to play in this game is their unit diversity. Most factions in Empire have skirmishers, line infantry, militia, light cavalry and heavy cavalry. Some get extra powerful skirmishers, and some get dragoons, but that is it. All the factions are effectively using the same standardized armies and it is not even made slightly interesting like with Shogun 2 that gives factions different buffs. The Ottomans actually get faction diversity through various types of melee infantry, archers and region specific auxiliaries. This unit pack just gives them more of what makes them interesting. The Maratha Confederacy also get a couple of good units from this pack, but this is basically an Ottoman unit pack.

👍 Good
"I never play as the eastern nationallities..." Shrugs and clicks the green purchase button. "My life is complete" :O
Ottoman Empire is one of my favourite faction. They indeed have different than the other factions.
👎 Bad
If you Play Ottomans a lot I recommend this it adds the Cairo Janissaries, and Palestinian Auxilaries (despite their reloading skill downfall) which are great in Multiplayer battles, it also adds some good melee cav and guard cav to the faction, that being said archers are useless, iregulars are useless, and Maratha guard cav windup being fairly useless.
This review is in English and Slovak language: Táto recenzia je v Anglickom a Slovenskom jazyku: This game has so much DLC for several times the price of the base game that I don't recommend this DLC because of developer greed, regardless of its content. Táto hra obsahuje toľko veľa DLC za sumu niekoľko násobne vyššiu ako je cena základnej hry, že toto DLC neodporúčam z dôvodu chamtivosti vývojára, bez ohľadu na jeho obsah.
To be completely honest, I'm leaving this pile of trash and other crap I own from Creative Assembly a bad review simply because everyone involved can collectively suck on my left and right nutsack and because the collective of cucks and beta orbiters that get their panties in a bunch whenever someone doesn't want their games filled with politically drived cancer reaction is just too good to pass. Regardless, here's a rundown. Here's a comment from a dude called SickZip, which an be found on Reddit: "Random general spawns is only one of the things that adds generals to the pool. The sudden uptick of complaining now, as opposed to when female generals first appeared, is because in a recent patch they made every character on the family tree into a politician and so an eligible general. This means that for factions taht allow femal generals, every characters wife, widow, or adult daughter is going into the general pool. At the start of the game, the percentage are only a little above what you list. But once the game gets going and family trees start filling out, you can end up with a majority of women generals fairly easily. Worse, if you avoid using female generals because you're a historical purist or think putting everyone's wives in charge of their own armies is dumb, you will end up with your general pool dominated by female characters. Basically CA is bad at game design and testing and is now pretending to be woke and insulting fans to avoid having to ever address this." The complete POS community manager that runs CA twitter account also equated people who disagree with this issue to nazis, babies and basically told them to stop playing, mod it or don't buy it. So there you go, fellas. This is what Creative Assembly thinks of you.
