The neon skins and weapons are funny and nice but uhhh, its a shame that you only get the weapons once, and for the level that your current character is at.

Boost mods are nice, cosmetic items are... Cosmetic... Don't really care about that one way or the other. Worth it for the XP and loot boosts. Borderlands is currently being review bombed due to a change of publishers which does not reflect any changes coming to the Borderlands games. Gearbox does not care if you are using cheats, and they are not installing kernel level spyware. This is being blown out of proportion by people who have no idea what they are talking about.
Not being sold separately makes it worthwhile as a bonus to the edition you purchase. I believe it’s also part of the Season Pass, though I’m not entirely sure.

De-listed DLC that you can't buy separately. Only way supposedly is by buying the Super Deluxe Edition bundle, which includes this pack. But don't waste your time. Mediocre cosmetics and a weapon that will get swapped out pretty quick.
