It's your usual pay-to-win stuff. None of it is necessary, the game's plenty easy on lower difficulties without needing additional boons. Now, if you want to play the harder difficulties and need/want the boost, then I suppose this might help, though I'm not sure how realistic of a situation that is since the point of the difficulty is, y'know, the difficulty. The lockpicks, cash and most of the gear felt superfluous to me playing on Normal, but I will admit the Fleet Feet gear never left my kit thanks to the speed boost. Still, should you want the items regardless, I'm only recommending it with the classic stamp of "only during a sale". You won't miss much even if you don't get it.
