Most of the negative reviews were written when the base game was much worse. Over the last months, Cities 2 has improved drastically. For me personally, this pack is awesome, as I like building green city centers. Still, the full price is quite steep. As usual, I would suggest picking up these kind of content creator packs on a sale.

I have Every DLC in the game, and this one is by far my favorite. sure it lacks in assets, but the detailing and the design of the mixed used housing is remarkable. the urban promanades elementary school goes EXTREMELY well with the housing. 10/10
I think this pack is great but it dosen´t add very much new. But the asthetics are Great!
