As of February 2026 it seems I am missing trams even though the snowfall DLC is included. Not sure how that is possible but very disappointing. Issue persists after a fresh reinstall as well as with or without any mods installed on top. If anyone else has experienced this please let me know. Like others have said, I can only recommend this if you haven't previously purchased the majority of DLC's as was the case for me. Other than trams, everything else was great. (Edited) It would seem after leaving this review Snowfall was unlocked for the Expansion Pass, Thanks a bunch for whoever saw this and resolved it!?

the problem mentioned in the other reviews has been fixed, all dlcs are available with this. 10/10 would recommend over spending hundreds on all dlcs
I love the opportunity for getting this subscription, but you have to turn off notifications since it will constantly tell you about a new building. I know this is a new subscription, but there are already content that is still not open.
