I recently purchased gesture 4 for Monster Hunter Wild, but unfortunately, it was never delivered in-game. There was no download option available, and despite completing the transaction, the item never appeared in my game. I contacted support to request a refund, but the overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing. It’s unacceptable to charge players for content that isn’t properly delivered or accessible. After this experience, I’ve decided not to purchase any additional content from Monster Hunter Wild or from this company in the future. Issues like this really diminish the overall experience. I hope Capcom improves their customer support process and ensures that paid in-game items are delivered reliably. Until then, I can’t recommend spending money on extra content for this game. I still don't have the gesture set vol 4 which I paid for...
