I have all the Cosmoloid weapons, and I’m an IG main. Unfortunately, this is the worst one. The Cosmoloid Insect Glaive as a layered weapon isn’t bad, but I think it lacks something—especially when compared with the other Cosmoloid weapons. One of the biggest issues is the Kinsect. Since it’s basically half the weapon, it really should match the design better. Right now, the normal insect doesn’t fit the Cosmoloid aesthetic at all, nor does it match well with the armor. I also don’t really like how the weapon looks when sheathed. I don’t mind the headpiece (the gamer-girl headset vibe), but those tube/dread-like parts just ruin the overall design for me. A lot of Cosmoloid weapons theme are clean glow, techy feel, flashy VFX, but the IG feels like it stopped halfway. I think some changes could make it much better: Changing the Kinsect’s appearance to something more futuristic that actually fits the theme Making the sheathed form cleaner (less spaghetti tubes, more compact tech design) Adding unique VFX on vaults or Kinsect recalls or both Adding a slight glow or reactive effects when buffs (red/white/orange extracts) are active
