I really liked the part where I mod in NV and 3 stuff and then realize I can just play those games instead

Bought it at release, with the Official Guide IRL and the Season pass. 2015 was wild. Right after my Birthday. This game has a special place in my heart. NV is better. But i love this game still.
Trying to do the all byte quest and the holotape isnt spawning even when the content is downloaded... So cant even do the quest all together. ]

So I bought this prior to the DLCs coming out because Season Pass was supposed to grant you all DLCs as they came out. It even still says it on the banner: "ALL ACCESS GRANTED" Simply put: They lied. Bethesda uses a non-dictionary definition of "ALL", apparently.
Was supposed to contain all future dlc's. It did not.
