Wowee! They weren't kidding when they called this a sneaking suit, it's so sneaky that you can't even find it! Totally recommended! Edit: Found it! They updated the game recently so now it's finally available to develop.

With the latest patch it's now possible to use this outfit, although I'm unsure about the footsteps not making any noise. Anyway, looks good.
I bought it as part of the Costume and Tack Pack, and I like this. It's a perfect replica of the Sneaking Suit from Metal Gear Solid 3, and it's very nostalgic to have it, not to mention it's very well designed and performs really well. As of now, it CAN be found to develop, unlike other users said here..

Dont get me wrong, i love the Suit from MGS3, as its iconic and basically made Snake develop those suits in the later Storyline with Foxhound. But ♥♥♥♥ you Konami for selling a Sneaking Suit, for real money out of an older MGS Title. With Kojima this would have been for free. #♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
The new DLC sneaking suit, the one from Snake Eater, isn't showing up in the game just yet, presumably from some type of bug. Beta 1.0.4.3 Released - Sneaking Suit (NS) Bug Fixed If you'd like to participate in the beta, follow the steps outlined below: Right-click on Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain in your Games List Select Properties from the context menu that appears Select the Betas tab from the new window that appears Select ver_1.0.4.3 - fixed: Sneaking Suit (Naked Snake) from the drop-down list under "Select the beta you would like to opt into" Select Close (Information taken from Metal Gear Solid Fan Club(Steam group))
Only get this if you are SUPER nostalgic, the standard game also has a sneaking suit that is basically this suit but looks a few decades more modern.
