It's a small DLC that brings 4 new quests and 5 achievements. Two of them are tied to a robot-crafting mechanic. You can build your own automatrons to use as combat companions, or assign them to tasks in your settlements. The story is short but decent, it definitely worth a try.

This game really addicted! I honestly been playing this game from very long time ago with console but playing fallout using pc version is even better because we can mod everything all we likes and making things become looks very realistic. Very amazing and very awesome!

The Mechanist questline has a pretty good story and a really good finale battle. It is also pretty neat to have robot companions that can be upgraded and customized. With this DLC installed Rust Devil and Mechanist robots spawn throughout the wasteland. Their Sentry bots are some of the toughest enemies in the game and their Assaultrons can instantly kill with their charged laser. These encounters in the wasteland are always interesting since you need to think more tactically with them.
