The DOOM Eternal RIP And Tear pack is missing from this, I bought this dlc, but I don't have the DooT Revenant skin or the Throwback weapon skin, please fix, I know it's very late for this, but it's promised in the pack

Uh... OK? Thanks I guess? The game was spamming with "You got an [insert pack name]" thing for 15 minutes already.
Dope skins, too bad that the battle mode is dead though...

1. It's marketed as including the Rip and Tear pack with the Revenant skin, Shotgun skin, and master level. This content is still missing. 2. It's marketed as a "complete cosmetics pack", but it isn't. Beyond the first 4 special skin packs listed in the page description, it also lists the skins from Series 1 to 7. If one did not know before hand, there is actually 18 series of skins. (I didn't know that until after purchasing) So, listing it up to series 7 and calling that "complete" is misinformation. And again, the Rip and Tear pack is also missing, despite being ON the list, which means I literally didn't get what I paid for.
