I think this is one for those expansions for Europa Universalis IV that actualy add something essentional to the game and is worth the money. Rights of Man add to the game following: ✪ Personalities for AI (and they actualy act according to which one they have) ✪ Traits for rulers - good and bad (some heritage lines feel like cursed and some exceptional) ✪ Queens and other consorts ✪ Option to abdicate (if ruler is useless) or disinherit an heir (if he or she seems useless) ✪ Developing subject's provinces - now you can actualy work on future parts of your empire which is great Overall this expansion enhances your gameplay experience and I totaly recommend it.

Cue the complaining about price of the DLC. This is by far one of the most exciting and interesting DLC ever created for a Paradox Grand Strategy Game. The addition of Great Powers, the ability to intervene in wars, the traits given to leaders, the ability to abdicate your throne and disinherit your heirs all make this DLC one that HUGELY improves the nature of the game, giving players the ability to control their country as they never could before. If you're not willing to pay the money, I understand you completely. But for what it adds to the game, I think that EU4 has become the pinnacle of strategy games.

Very good expansion, adds a lot of good and fun features ( And don't break your game if you don't have it ^^ ), definetedly worth full price ( Unlike most of other paradox's dlcs ), and in my opinion it's the best expansion after Art Of War.
