Kingdom Come: Deliverance – From the Ashes - レビュー・評価・同時接続数

I'm surprised this DLC has a mixed reception. For me, after seeing the first 60 hours of the game or whatever, and the first DLC (A Woman's Lot) I really had very, VERY LOW EXPECTATIONS of what this was gonna be. So when I heard oh you get to build a town or something - which is what this DLC is - I was fully expecting and onboard for the Skyrim Hearthfire experience. And it is that. It's basically a big money sink - oh so you have hundreds of thousands of gold from 'adventuring' (read: killing 3000 Bandits and stealing their chainmail pants) do you!? Well, how about THIS then: what if you had to finance building a whole town then, huh!? And that's pretty much it. You just build a town by talking to an NPC who says "what do you want to build" then you say "I say build that" then it magically appears. The game tries to throw up white text on a black background saying "A few days later..." as if it to imply it took time to do this and the game isn't just instantly setting a flag that says this thing is built now, but whatever it's fine. Even if they dressed it up more it'd still amount to the same thing. The straightforward mechanics of this DLC are also, in a sense, appreciated. It would be very easy to go the route some other games, more I think Japanese games or even like gacha games will go, which is doing a full-on elaborate, grind-heavy thing where you need to find specific items scattered across the game world or whatever to upgrade specific structures, or just gating you by utilizing basicallly timegates that prevent you progressing because you're waiting on something to build, or waiting for enough money to build up so you can do the next bit, and so on so forth. It would have been easy to get something like Ni No Kuni II or something where, you have this town that kinda just grows exponentially more costly to grow, so you have to wait longer and longer with each step of progression. But as it is, From The Ashes basically *rewards* you for rushing through it as quickly as possible with the amount of cash that you need to build everything all in one go, because if you do that then you spend the least amount of time operating the town at a loss, essentially. ... Anyway, overall I think it's a fine DLC. It gives you something to spend gold on, I appreciate getting an actual town in the north part of the map, and while it's not a perfect one stop shop for selling all your loot when you kill a handful of bandits, it's better than nothing. It's hard to be disappointed when, I really didn't expect jack all from this DLC. I kind of just anticipated a 'Hearthfire' type experience and that is what I got, so I can't say I'm judging it too harshly. I could just tell I was not going to get, some kinda crazy Garry's Mod type experience. The game's not gonna turn into like, Valheim all of a sudden with this elaborate building system. It's just Kingdom Come: Deliverance. And I was okay with that.

An entertaining diversion that gives you something to spend your groschen on.
